Conversion inputs
Ordinary unit conversions, number-base conversions, and text case changes are calculated in your browser. Our application does not send the numbers or text you enter to our server. The selected category and units appear in the page URL and may therefore appear in browser history or hosting logs. Input values and text are not added to those URLs by the application.
Information received when you visit
Hostinger provides our hosting and delivery infrastructure. Requests to deliver and protect the website may involve your IP address, browser or device information, requested URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic or security information. This information supports website delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
External services
- Google Fonts: the website requests fonts from Google. Those requests disclose connection information, including your IP address, to Google. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
- Frankfurter: using the currency converter requests available currencies and exchange rates from api.frankfurter.dev. The provider receives the requested currency pair and normal connection information, such as your IP address. The amount you enter is multiplied by the returned rate in your browser and is not included in the rate request. See Frankfurter’s documentation.

Support messages
If you email us, your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you choose to provide are received through email services. We use correspondence to respond, investigate reports, and handle privacy requests. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to answer your question.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Our application does not set advertising or analytics cookies, use local storage to track visitors, or include an advertising or analytics tracking script. Hosting security systems may use necessary browser checks or cookies. Exchange-rate responses are cached temporarily in page memory. See our Cookie Policy.
Sharing and use
We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be handled by hosting, delivery, security, and email providers as needed to run the service. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect the service and its users.
Retention and security
Conversion inputs are not stored by our application on our servers. Support correspondence is kept as needed to address the request, related follow-up, and applicable legal obligations. Infrastructure logs and backups follow provider settings and retention practices. Retention therefore varies by the type of information and the service involved.
The site uses HTTPS to protect information in transit. No website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You can choose not to email us or use external-service features. You can also manage cookies in your browser, although blocking necessary security mechanisms may affect access.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to certain uses. Send requests to support@convertmetrics.net. We may need information proportionate to verifying your identity and locating the relevant record. If we decline a request, you may ask us to reconsider by emailing with the subject “Privacy appeal.” These procedures do not limit rights available under applicable law.
Children and international visitors
The service is a general-purpose conversion tool and does not offer child accounts or request children’s personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can address it. The site is operated from the United States; providers may process information in other countries.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before introducing a new use.
